Overview
Dijji Studio ("the App") is a mixer control application for Behringer X-Air and X32/M32 series audio mixers. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.
Data Collection
Dijji Studio does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage information. Specifically:
- No personal information is collected (no name, email, phone number, or account required)
- No usage analytics or tracking of any kind
- No crash reporting services
- No advertising or ad-related tracking
- No cookies or similar tracking technologies
Authentication
The App offers optional sign-in via Apple or Google to enable cross-platform subscription access. When you sign in:
- Your sign-in provider (Apple or Google) shares a unique anonymous identifier and email address with the App
- This information is stored only on your device and is used solely to identify your subscription
- No authentication data is sent to our servers — there are no servers
Subscriptions
The App uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes:
- Your anonymous user identifier (linked to your sign-in provider)
- Purchase receipts from the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe
- Subscription status (active, expired, trial)
RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or any personal information beyond what is necessary to manage your subscription. For details, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Network Communication
The App communicates with Behringer mixer hardware on your local Wi-Fi network using the OSC (Open Sound Control) protocol over UDP. This communication:
- Occurs only on your local network
- Never connects to any external servers or cloud services
- Does not transmit any data over the internet
- Contains only mixer control commands and status data (fader levels, EQ settings, etc.)
Data Storage
The App does not store any user data externally. Authentication state and preferences are stored locally on your device. Mixer settings are stored on the mixer hardware itself, not within the App.
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any data from any users, including children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy is updated, the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
