Requirements
- A Behringer X-Air (XR12, XR16, XR18, X18, MR18) or X32/M32 series mixer
- Your device and mixer must be on the same Wi-Fi network
- iOS 16+ / macOS / Windows
Troubleshooting
Mixer not found
- Ensure your device and mixer are on the same Wi-Fi network
- Check that the mixer is powered on and its Wi-Fi indicator is active
- On iOS, make sure you have granted Local Network permission when prompted
- Try restarting the app
Connection drops
- Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or the mixer's access point
- Avoid congested Wi-Fi channels — the mixer's built-in Wi-Fi works best in uncrowded environments
- For best reliability, connect the mixer to your venue's Wi-Fi router via Ethernet and use the router's Wi-Fi
