Requirements

  • A Behringer X-Air (XR12, XR16, XR18, X18, MR18) or X32/M32 series mixer
  • Your device and mixer must be on the same Wi-Fi network
  • iOS 16+ / macOS / Windows

Troubleshooting

Mixer not found

  • Ensure your device and mixer are on the same Wi-Fi network
  • Check that the mixer is powered on and its Wi-Fi indicator is active
  • On iOS, make sure you have granted Local Network permission when prompted
  • Try restarting the app

Connection drops

  • Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or the mixer's access point
  • Avoid congested Wi-Fi channels — the mixer's built-in Wi-Fi works best in uncrowded environments
  • For best reliability, connect the mixer to your venue's Wi-Fi router via Ethernet and use the router's Wi-Fi
