Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Dijji Studio ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Dijji Studio is a mixer control application for Behringer X-Air (XR12, XR16, XR18, X18, MR18) and X32/M32 series audio mixers. The App communicates with your mixer hardware over your local Wi-Fi network using the OSC (Open Sound Control) protocol.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or professional audio mixing purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Subscriptions
The App offers an optional subscription ("Dijji Studio Pro") that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are managed by the platform store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.) and are subject to that store's terms and billing policies.
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's store settings
- Refunds are handled by the respective platform store according to their refund policies
Data Collection
The App may collect anonymized technical data such as device type, operating system version, and app usage statistics to help us improve the App and provide support. This data is collected in a form that does not personally identify you. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- The App will be compatible with all mixer firmware versions or network configurations
- Any defects will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dijji Studio and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, equipment damage, or interruption of audio services, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
In no event shall the total liability of Dijji Studio and its developer exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00).
Audio Equipment
The App sends control commands to your mixer hardware. You are solely responsible for your mixer settings and audio output levels. We recommend verifying mixer settings directly on the hardware before performances or recordings.
Third-Party Hardware and Services
The App is designed to work with Behringer mixer products. Behringer and its product names are trademarks of Music Tribe. Dijji Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Music Tribe or Behringer. Compatibility depends on your mixer's firmware and network configuration.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
Export Restrictions
You may not use or export the App except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App was obtained. The App may not be exported or re-exported to any U.S.-embargoed countries or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals list or the U.S. Department of Commerce's Denied Persons list.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or Switzerland, the laws of your country of residence apply to any disputes.
